A specialized course, not an ordinary bill of sale
Lending management includes financing request, approval, disbursement, scheduling, collection, and settlements. Treatment varies depending on the product, contract, regulatory and accounting rules. It is not enough to convert the loan value into a recurring bill without designing the entire cycle.
What does the technical system provide?
Frappe Lending documents loan lifecycle functionality within an environment linked to the Frappe framework and ERPNext. A custom scope can be studied to link financing operations to the RedERP environment, but this possibility is not automatically included in the standard packages, and does not mean that the system grants a license to engage in financial activity.
Determine product requirements before development
Prepare a sample contract, payment schedule, and latency, approval, and settlement rules. A legal and financial specialist reviews the rules before they are converted into preparation or development. Test payment date change, partial payment and early closing on virtual data.
- Separate request, approval and disbursement.
- Reviewable payment schedule.
- Allocate collection according to the approved policy.
- Powers and scrutiny of decisions and settlements.
Example: Partial payment on the installment date
If the customer pays part of what is due, the distribution of collection and its impact on the balance and schedule must be determined according to the contract and policy. Account history and reports are required before building the interface, so that the balance does not appear correct to the user while the financial processing is different.
A RedERP study begins with a free consultation to understand the activity, followed by a scope and cost quote for customization if appropriate. We do not promise regulatory coverage or a specific financing mechanism before reviewing the requirements with specialists.
